CHINT New Energy (CHINT) and PV Hardware (PVH), the product division of Gransolar Group, celebrated a significant milestone with the signing of a Strategy Cooperation Agreement on April 8th in Shanghai. Mr. Martin Liu, Director of Overseas Investment Department , and Mr. Carlos López, Chief Revenue Officer of PVH, sealed the agreement, marking the beginning of an enhanced partneraship between these two leader organizations. 根據協議，雙方將發揮各自優勢資源，在全球范圍內加強項目合作開發力度，共同構建長期、穩固、多維度的合作關系。PVH將會為正泰的光伏項目提供高品質的跟蹤支架等產品，為光伏項目帶來更高的發電增益和收益。正泰將會為PVH提供高質量的光伏組件、逆變器、儲能設備、變壓器等優勢產品，并在EPC工程和項目運維等方面提供優質服務。 The agreement signifies the establishment of a long-term, robust, and multi-dimensional relationship, leveraging the strengths and resources of both entities to capitalize on global market opportunities. PVH will provide solar trackers for CHINT’s solar projects, aimed at maximizing energy yield and project revenue over time. In return, CHINT will support PVH with its high-quality solar panels, inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and High Voltage (HV) transformers for PVH's projects, alongside offering comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as well as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services and expertise.
